The Movement
Our Story and Mission Statement
Burnout Free emerged from a personal story of Workplace Burnout. From anger and resentment to self-discovery of the employee's role in the burnout and the employee's role in getting out of burnout.
Burnout Free Movement Mission Statement
The Burnout Free Movement exists to help people identify, understand, and transform the areas of life that contribute to burnout, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion. We are committed to creating awareness around the personal, professional, relational, and societal pressures that impact physical and mental well-being. Through education, community, advocacy, and practical solutions, we empower individuals to build healthier boundaries, restore balance, cultivate resilience, and thrive without sacrificing their health, purpose, or quality of life. Our mission is to create a world where success is not measured by exhaustion, but by sustainable well-being, fulfillment, and human flourishing.
